Prosecution says Quiros’ can get a fair trial in Vermont

Federal prosecutors have responded to Ariel Quiros’ request that his trial be moved out of Vermont or the charges against him be dismissed outright.  Unsurprisingly, they oppose the arguments he filed in October, and asked U.S. District Judge Christina Reiss to reject his motion without a hearing.
