Fire and rescue drill in Newport

The Newport Fire Department spent part of their Tuesday building this scene, which they call ‘Life Saver.’

It depicts both a rescue mission and fire suppression, Chief Jamie LeClair said. ‘The whole crew pitched in to try and out-do last year’s scene.’
