The Price is Right, a show that has been a staple of broadcast television since the heyday of game shows, is one that many people are familiar with. It’s actually the longest-running game show there is, familiar to any viewer with but a single glance. The show lets audience members take to the stage to guess at the cost of commercial goods and, if they’re canny or lucky enough, take those treasures home. A fixture of daytime television, the joyful scene leaves plenty of people wishing they could see it all live and have a shot at the big prizes themselves. Recently, a resident of the Kingdom had just such an opportunity, and even made it to the show’s final round….
