BARTON – Most of the 20 people who showed up on Tuesday night at the Barton Municipal Building for the second hearing held by the Public Service Board (PSB) on a proposed 21 percent electric rate hike were in a truculent mood.
They wanted to talk about their dissatisfaction with Barton VIllage Electric, going back many years.
