In Coventry, board considers reserve funds’ future

COVENTRY — What do you do when you have extra money?  Spend it on upfront needs or save it for a rainy day?  This question was at the crux of a conversation held at Monday night’s regular select board meeting in Coventry.  Board members spent the bulk of the meeting getting into the details around the dollars that drive daily operations, all part of the final push to have the budget ready for Town Meeting.
