BARTON — Clutching her third cup of coffee, Heather Wright, organizer of the 2019 Turkey Trot here, stood near the end of the racecourse and congratulated runners as they approached the finish line.
“I’m amazed by how many people give this morning to the race,” she said. “For a lot of people it’s a tradition.”
