NEWPORT — Roger Pion, 47, of North Troy pled innocent to a felony charge of selling cocaine and to violating an extreme risk protection order. Judge Rory Thibault, sitting in the Criminal Division of Orleans County Superior Court, released Mr. Pion on conditions.
