NEWPORT — Voters will have their say on whether Newport streets should be open to ATV traffic when they go to the polls on Tuesday, January 14, to vote on whether or not to overturn the ordinance allowing such traffic.
A recent comment by Scott Jenness, president of the Border Line Ridge Riders, suggests the issue might not, after all, be decided at the ballot box.
