ISLAND POND — When Gregory Boulbol, general counsel for Vermont’s Natural Resources Board, looked around Brighton’s American Legion hall on August 22 he was surprised to see nearly 100 people had come out to discuss the future of Act 250.
“I think this is the best-attended meeting we’ve had so far,” he said as he thanked people for coming.
