Six of those involved in hearings about the proposed expansion of the Coventry landfill have offered their ideas on how to resolve the issues before the District Seven Environmental Commission. Even before the commission produced its decision, though, the state Agency of Natural Resources (ANR), which has oversight of the Act 250 process, knocked down one of the suggestions.
