IRASBURG — At the Irasburg Fire District’s Annual Meeting, held Tuesday, April 18, the Prudential Committee and the water system’s users gathered to review the previous year. The meeting saw a healthy turnout, with over 20 people present. Whether they were there out of interest in what the committee has been working on or with questions about proposed projects and initiatives, it was clear that the public’s interest in the water in town has been rising.
Going through the Prudential Committee’s report, Chair Peter Limon noted that there had been leaks or abnormal usage.
“The major event is that we developed a huge leak or huge usage we could not find,” he said….
