Horse owner dissatisfied with vicious dog resolution

DERBY — The Derby Select Board swiftly moved through its meeting Monday evening.  Members heard a complaint about a recent vicious dog hearing.  Members of a snowmobile club asked the board to approve their use of a section of road as well.

Nancy Moore, who is a lister for the town, came before the board to talk about a recent vicious dog hearing.  Recently, two free-running dogs were thought to have killed a horse on her property. …
