HOLLAND — The wicked winds that wreaked havoc on the area on Wednesday, January 10, caused significant damage in Holland, where the conditions tore the roof off of a building used by the town’s road crew.  While some found themselves with a few branches in their driveway, and others had cars devastated by fallen trees, the building’s neighbors found an entire roof in their yard.

Holland Town Clerk, Diane Judd told the Chronicle that the building once was a salt shed but is now used by employees at the town garage to store larger equipment through the winter.  Around 5 a.m., the roof of the shed flew off and…
