WEST GLOVER — Noah Racine saw a need in his community and took steps to fill it. The 24-year-old Glover native started Up North Driving Academy in June, and he said demand is growing.
He used his business degree to launch the drivers’ education business, teaching teens and adults. Mr. Racine graduated from Castleton University with a degree in business, and then the COVID pandemic hit.
