Flames from a burning Stanstead home can be seen above a Caswell Avenue house late on May 28. The house, in Canada, is on the American side of the border gate on Rue Lee. Firefighters from Quebec and Vermont worked together to quell the fire which caused no injuries. For more about the fire please see this week’s edition.
