DERBY — It’s a hot and humid Thursday afternoon, and all the overhead fans are turning inside a gleaming metal barn that looks as large as an airplane hanger, but remarkably cleaner. Josh Poulin, the barn’s owner and subject of a pending interview, is nowhere to be seen.
