Rex Stelter uses his imagination and a pool full of foam tubing sections to cool off Saturday morning at the Irasburg Church Fair. The fair brought crowds to the Irasburg Common for bargains at the annual auction and rummage sale, children’s games and activities, and treats like ice cream and strawberry shortcake.
