Vaccination clinic causes traffic jam

BARTON — The line didn’t match those on demo derby day at the Orleans County Fair, but many cars were queued up on Roaring Brook Road Tuesday morning as their drivers waited to take part in one of the state’s first drive-in vaccination clinics.

On Friday, soon after the Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced the end of a pause they put on use of the one-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine, the Vermont Department of Health announced 400 doses of the vaccine would be administered in Barton.
