Greg Dowd is a longtime Massachusetts Christmas tree farmer who wanted to expand, so he bought 22 acres from Brownington tree farmer Bob Walker last year. Mr. Walker is sort of retired, but has grown Christmas trees for decades. Thus, the property had some pretty good-sized trees on the land, which Mr. Dowd found attractive.
