LOWELL — A back road bridge that has been the subject of a lawsuit against the town of Lowell, as well as several contentious meetings, has finally been replaced. The lawsuit has been dropped.
In the end the state chipped in $175,000. Lowell taxpayers will have to pay the rest of the cost of the $560,000 bridge, said Richard Pion, chair of the Lowell Select ..
