GLOVER — Davi Bock says he prefers living a quiet life, but for the past few weeks reporters from many of the nation’s leading publications have been beating a path to his figurative door. On October 16, a reporter from the Chronicle turned up, by appointment, at Mr. Bock’s actual door.
The current interest in Mr. Bock stems from work he began more than a decade ago—work that is foundational for a major scientific achievement announced in the pages of Nature, a science journal, early in October.
