After Nicholas A. Laviolette, 38, of Brownington pled innocent to a felony charge of second-degree aggravated domestic assault by a person with a prior conviction and domestic assault, Judge Jiron ordered him held without bail.
According to the affidavit offered by Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputy William Kulakowski, a call was received by police around 3 p.m. on January 8. The affidavit says the caller said Mr. Laviolette hit a woman during a dispute in Brownington….
