BARTON — Anthony “Tony’ Daniels stopped by the Chronicle’s office Friday and stayed for a conversation about his run for a seat in the Vermont House to represent the people of Albany, his hometown, Craftsbury, Glover, and Greensboro.
Mr. Daniels said he was born in Newport, but quickly carried to his family’s farm in Albany.
“I grew up on a farm and my brother and I had milking cows when we were in the seventh and eighth grade,” he recalled. Mr. Daniels and his brother milked by hand to provide milk for the house. In summer the two would do field work.
