Old railroad station gets a new, energy efficient life

GREENSBORO BEND — The railroad made Greensboro Bend.  People in Greensboro wanted train service for the summer people to get to Caspian Lake and, together with the owner of a nearby sawmill, they raised enough money to pay a company to make a detour between Hardwick and Danville.
