GREENSBORO — Travelers on Rocking Rock Road in Greensboro, are likely to find themselves rubbernecking out their car windows for a second glance at an unexpected sight: a field full of yaks. Raddog Ranch, which is run by Noah and Danielle Brooks, formerly of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, is one of only two yak farms in the state of Vermont, and only three that Mr. Brooks is aware of in the East Coast area.
