NEWPORT — Julie Raboin was the top vote getter in Town Meeting Day polling in Newport. Ms. Raboin, who recently rebutted charges of leaking confidential information from executive session, won the right to keep the seat to which she was appointed last March by collecting 369 votes.
The day was not as bright for City Council President John Wilson.
