Orleans Lions Club names its Citizen of the Year

The Orleans Lions Club has proudly named Andre Messier as its Citizen of the Year for 2025, honoring his dedication and years of service to educational excellence. Having recently retired as principal of Lake Region Union High School, he was celebrated at a ceremony hosted at Vermont Pie and Pasta.
