NEWPORT — Frank Richardi doesn’t like to see vacant spaces on Main Street, and he plans to light up one business that recently went dark.
“An empty storefront is bad for all the businesses,” he said in a recent conversation at Lago Trattoria, his landmark Newport restaurant.
