CRAFTSBURY — On Tuesday Craftsbury voters overturned an ordinance permitting the use of all-terrain-vehicles (ATVs) in town by a vote of 109 to 86. Only 195 out of the town’s 946 voters went to the polls, said Town Clerk Yvette Brown.
