About 50 energized anglers turned out late February ready to offer their opinions about current regulations governing the use of live baitfish on Vermont lakes. Fish Culture Operations Manager Adam Miller, of the Fish and Wildlife Department, was the courageous man who faced a group of disgruntled Vermonters and asked for their ideas on improving the rules.
