NEWPORT — Sexual harassment, injury resulting in permanent mutilation, and unfit living conditions are some of the experiences that bring migrant farmworkers and their allies out in support of the Milk with Dignity tour.
The Milk with Dignity tour, organized by volunteers and supporters of Migrant Justice, made a stop in Newport on April 12. The visit was hosted by St. Mark’s Episcopal Church on Second Street. It was one of 50 presentations happening now in seven states….
