BRIGHTON — With 465,000 taps and more than 100 full-time year-round employees, Sweet Tree is easily Vermont’s largest sugarmaker. The business, which sells its products under the name Maple Guild, operates out of a plant here formerly used by Ethan Allen Interiors to make furniture.
