JAY — The water park at Jay Peak is up and running, although only 75 people can enjoy it at a time, one restaurant is open seven days a week, and some of the lodgings are occupied.
Late summer in the midst of a pandemic is not an ideal time for Jay Peak Resort, said its president and general manager, Steven Wright, in a phone interview Monday.
Some of the kitchen staff has been working with the Area Agency on Aging and RuralEdge to provide food to people around the Kingdom..
