NORTH TROY — Megan Gaylor thought when she and her husband, Kevin, closed on their home in North Troy last fall, the hardest part of their home search was over. However, life changes and a hot real estate market have thrown them into a tough housing search once again.
Ms. Gaylor is a Massachusetts native, but Mr. Gaylor was born in a Quebec village near the border crossing in North Troy, so when they decided to leave Rhode Island, where they had been living and raising their twins for about ten years, they knew where they wanted to be.
The Gaylors said they were flexible about what town they lived in, but they wanted to be in Orleans County….
