Help for former prison inmates

NEWPORT — Ned Andrews, re-entry coordinator at the Orleans County Restorative Justice Center (OCRJC), has been in charge of the Circle of Support and Accountability (CoSA) program for three years and running. The CoSA program is dedicated to helping people who have been incarcerated for serious crimes reintegrate into the community.
