WESTMORE — A representative of The Maple Guild, the trade name for Sweet Tree Holdings, came close to stumping the Westmore Select Board Monday when he showed up looking for information about hauling sap from the 100,000 new taps the company plans for an expansion into Westmore.
The Brighton-based company currently has 400,000 taps out, and with the 100,000 planned for Westmore will have a total of 500,000.
