ALBANY — The Lake Region Union Elementary-Middle School District (LRUEMSD) board heard from principals Monday night about how each district school handles behavioral issues.
Outgoing Orleans Elementary School Principal Sherrie Gentry kicked off the presentation by explaining that different behavioral frameworks are used in different schools in the district, but there are similarities, including the underlying philosophies behind how administrators approach behavior in schools.
“Misbehavior is a problem we can help a student solve,” Ms. Gentry said….
