NEWPORT — Some things never change, or at least that’s what people say. A group of sixth graders at Newport City Elementary School believe in change and have proved themselves willing to work hard to make it happen.
“A lot of people felt people were excluding them,” Abigail Dunn told a reporter Friday. “Some of them were new, and everyone had a group. They felt left out.”
