GLOVER — What sits at the heart of Glover? Residents involved with a project to renovate the town green are likely to argue that the lawn on Route 16, the focus of Glover Day each year, is at the center of the community. For five years the Glover green has been in the works, a project that predates post-pandemic funding but got into gear thanks to money from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The project got scrutiny from the select board and a couple residents during the board’s March 12 meeting.
