This talk will expand on a previous program on plate tectonics and the formation of the Appalachians, and examine the more recent natural history of the area. A new Help Hotline gives farmers a resource to call with issues of stress caused by financial problems. These phone numbers will enable farmers to reach the staff of Rural and Agricultural VocRehab (RAVR), AgrAbility, Farm Viability business planners, dairy management teams, farm business planners, and other UVM Extension specialists.
