Picture 4VASA is the Vermont All Terrain Vehicle Sportsman’s Association, Inc. It manages and oversees 22 local clubs throughout the state, which build and maintain a statewide ATV trail system. It has over 700 miles of legal trails statewide with the majority of these trails located in the northeast corridor of the state. VASA is a volunteer association that was formed over ten years ago, and has two full-time staff members. VASA prides itself on landowner and government relations to expand its growing trail system, and a strong work ethic to maintain and improve its existing trails. Its local clubs work hard to be productive and beneficial entities within their communities, providing solutions to local problems such
as illegal riding, as well as hosting a wide variety of charitable events. VASA is also a huge advocate for ATV youth safety, and sponsors the VEST program — VASA Education and Safety Training, which is Vermont’s first and only classroom-style safety course. If you would like more information regarding VEST courses, VASA membership, becoming involved with a local club, or starting a club in your area, please visit their website or contact the VASA headquarters today!
